The Phat Ash Bakes Location Guide: Where to Get #ThatGoodGood

From late-night cravings to cookie-fueled celebrations, Phat Ash Bakes is growing in all the right places! Each of our three Orlando locations serves a deliciously different purpose, built around our love for cookies, creativity, and community. Here’s how each one fits into the sweet journey we’re building together:

🍪 Mills50 District – Where the Magic Gets Baked

PRODUCTION KITCHEN

"Where the Magic Gets Baked"

This is our production heart—our Cookie HQ. Tucked inside the Mills50 District, this space is where all our cookies, brookies, blondies, brownies, and mini treats are handmade with love. It's not open to the public, but it's the dough-fueled engine behind every bite you enjoy. It's also where the magic happens before anything hits the menu—like a sweet lab of love and experimentation.

🍪 Milk District – The Flagship You Crave

FLAGSHIP STORE

"Full menu. Full vibe. Full-on Phat Ash."

Our first-ever flagship store is where Orlando’s cookie lovers gather to experience the full Phat Ash menu. Featuring our weekly rotating cookie flavors, fan-favorite brookies, brownies, and more—this spot is the heartbeat of our brand. It’s located in the heart of the Milk District, and yes… we’re the only business in the district proudly selling TG Lee Milk, our neighbors and official milk partners. Come for the cookies, stay for the vibe—and maybe even snag a pic in front of our two-story Milk Spout!

🍪 Downtown Orlando – Your Mini Cookie Bar

MINI COOKIE BAR AT A LA CART

"Mini Cookies. Major Moments."

Opening October 11th inside A La Cart's Art² Park, this new retail space brings Phat Ash Bakes to the fast-paced, flavor-hungry crowd of Downtown Orlando. Designed for office workers, tourists, and lunchtime wanderers, this location will specialize in our adorably addictive mini cookies. They’re perfect for sharing, gifting, or treating yourself—especially when paired with a cold milk. It’s a small-format experience with big cookie energy, giving newcomers a bite-sized taste of what’s waiting at our Milk District flagship.
